No. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover services associated with medical marijuana.

We will need a valid Florida driver’s license for proof of residency. For temporary residents, we will need a copy of lease/mortgage and utility bill. We will also need a copy of your medical records if they have not already been sent to us.

Yes, you must be 18 years of age.

Yes, if your employer requires it. Marijuana is a scheduled drug that is still illegal under Federal Law. You may want to discuss this issue with your employer prior to starting treatment.

You will be prescribed an amount that your doctor feels is appropriate for your medical condition. Doses may be adjusted as need to address response to therapy and side effects. You can receive enough for 70 days, with three refills prior to your mandatory follow up appointment.

New patient visits are $199, and follow up visits are $149. We offer additional video/telemedicine visits as needed for $49.
